Our Services
In-Home Support Services
We provide personalized in-home support services for individuals living in their own homes or with family. Our services are designed to supplement the care provided by family members or other unpaid caregivers, ensuring the individual’s health, safety, and overall well-being.
In-home support includes both skill-building and daily living assistance, helping individuals develop and maintain the self-help, social, and adaptive skills they need to thrive in their communities. Support is tailored to each person’s unique goals and needs.
This service is available through the FIS and CL Medicaid Waivers.
